September 12 of 12 v 2.0

Here it is! Another 12 of 12 courtesy of Chad Darnell. This month's was extra special as it my friend Christin's birthday today and I and a couple other friends thought of a special way to include her in our 12 of 12 this month!

4:25 a.m. It's too early for this!
5:25 a.m. Grabbing the gym bag to head out the door. I had a 7:30 a.m. meeting at my old law school, so I worked out at the downtown World's.
9:30 a.m. The agenda and some notes I jotted down during the meeting.
6:10 p.m. Driving through the ATM to deposit a couple of checks and make a teeny withdrawal :D
6:17 p.m. Kanye West's "Stronger" on XM's 20 on 20.
6:20 p.m. Driving past Bob McDorman Corvette World...or whatever it's called.
6:30 p.m. Arriving at the Store that Must Not Be Named to purchase Season 3 of Grey's Anatomy for $33! and a little something for the aforementioned Christin. ^_^
6:50 p.m. Started the car to find out that I am down to 10% oil life. Good thing I have the service scheduled for Monday!
7:00 p.m. Driving through Starbucks to get some caffeine. I've had a dull headache most of the afternoon and I thought it might have been due to a lack of caffeine. Only had a small cup at this morning's meeting.
7:15 p.m. If you look closely, you'll see a hot air balloon!
7:20 p.m. The aforementioned caffeine! A grande non-fat vanilla latte sub sugar free vanilla and add one pump sugar free caramel. Yes, I have become a Starbucks yuppie...
7:45 p.m. Settling down to watch TNT's "The Closer" with the fabulous Kyra Sedgwyck!
Bonus Picture! This month's theme was "Unexpected" and this picture will be unexpected to Christin. Kerri, Helenand I conspired to surprise her with a little birthday cheer! Happy Birthday Christin! I'm so glad we've become friends!

August 2007 12 of 12 v 2.0

It's that time again.....Chad Darnell's 12 of 12! Today the bonus picture was "light." I didn't get it as a bonus picture, but I did get a picture reflecting "light." This is also my first multi-state (okay....two, but it's more than one!) 12 of 12. The first two pictures are in Columbus, Ohio and the rest are courtesy of Boston, MA!

Enjoy!

5:45 a.m. - Loading up the car to catch a 7:45 a.m. flight to Boston Logan.

7:30 a.m. - My best friend Kelly and I at the gate!

10:00 a.m. - Our hotel for the next few days...Jurys. It's the old Boston P.D. headquarters!

12:30 p.m. - Shreve, Crump & Low. The name intrigued me.

12:45 p.m. - I tried to get a close up of the of the old Boston P.D. title

3:00 p.m. - Walking past Boston Common!

3:15 p.m. - Fanueil Hall in all its glory!

3:30 p.m. - Street performers. This guy was pretty acrobatic.

4:00 p.m. - Ye Old Union Oyster House. Thought we were going to eat lunch there. Yeah, not so much. We settled for the fake Cheers at Fanueil Hall. LOL

5:45 p.m. - Quizno's name of the day was "Kelly", which happens to be Kelly's name!

9:15 p.m. - Rustic Kitchen. The concierge recommended and what a good recommendation it was! Located next to the Radisson on Stuart Street, in case you're interested.

10:00 p.m. - Final picture and my "light" picture. It was a cool looking lamp. Picture taken at Kelly's suggestion.

July 12 of 12

So per Chad Darnell, I present you with July 2007 12 of 12...Actually I think it ends up being 11 of 12...

7:20 a.m. -- Self shot :)

10:20 a.m. -- Hello beautiful! ** As it turns out, this month's bonus picture was supposed to revolve around the word "HOT" and as the case may be, Phil is the epitome of HOTness. LOL **

11:15 a.m. -- Training on the new contract

3:30 p.m. -- Obligatory picture with the most beautiful man on Earth.

4:15 p.m. -- Shot of my "new" computer monitor. New is in parenthesis as it's actually my boss's old one.

4:30 p.m. -- Leaving the office.

5:00 p.m. -- Driving to class.

5:15 p.m. -- I wanted a honey mustard grilled chicken snack wrap. They gave me the chipotle wrap. Holy hotness Batman and threw half of it away...couldn't take it.

5:30 p.m. -- Franklin University's NE campus where I am teaching my first face to face class.

5:35 p.m. -- Had to take the boots off. Standing all day was painful.

9:15 p.m. -- Dinner of champions -- Kraft Fat Free American Cheese on a hamburger bun.

Nearing Extinction: The American Worker

American Labor has suffered tremendous setbacks in the past few decades while big corporations are recording higher profits than ever before and paying their CEO's six and seven million dollar salaries. All this when the minimum wage remains well below the poverty line.

June 12 of 12

It's that time again and I didn't forget! Although I am a day late in posting. Yesterday proved to be a long day....

5:15 a.m. - Took a quick picture of my old counter top microwave that I'm going to list on Craig's List for $25, so if you're in the greater Columbus, Ohio area and are in need of a microwave...let me know, have I got a deal for you! :)

8:00 a.m. - Picture of my cooler which transported by meals for the week. I needed to put it in an insulated container as I spent two hours at the gym that morning.

9:15 a.m. - Wrapping up my dad's Father's Day present. So to all you Father's out there - Happy Father's Day Sunday, June 17th!

10:20 a.m. - Uh oh. We received a fine from the Ohio Elections Commission because I filed a report late....

4:05 p.m. - Heading out the door to my beautiful, not so new, but still lovely Honda CR-V! I love this car!

4:40 p.m. - Arriving at my friend Jacqui's house. I'm hanging out here before the Circle of Friends 5K.

5:00 p.m. - Took a picture of her window fan that I plan on purchasing because oh my goodness, does that thing rock! Her loft was so nice and cool despite it being 87 degrees outside and the A/C was NOT on!

5:10 p.m. - Eating my afternoon snack of tuna and mixed greens pre-race. Want plenty of time to digest....

5:30 p.m. - My friend Kelly arriving to change her clothes for the 5K and pick me up!

6:10 p.m. - Race registration. The Circle of Friends 5K benefits Columbus Children's Hospital and its many (unfortunately) cancer patients.

8:45 p.m. - Dropping off season 4 of QAF. I needed to see how the boys of Liberty Avenue ended their run!

9:00 p.m. - Picture of my race bib.

9:50 p.m. - A sideways glance of my stairs upstairs. I'm beat!
